What types of corporate gifting do you offer?
Client and partner gifts, employee appreciation, onboarding and welcome gifts, conference and event gifting, and branded or custom requests. Tell us the occasion and we'll point you to the right fit.
What's the minimum order?
10 pieces for delegate and bulk gifting, 5 pieces for executive and VIP sets. Gifting for fewer than that? Our retail collection is the quicker route.
Can gifts be branded or personalised?
Our boxes and canisters are our own craftsmanship and stay as they are, that's the Chai Society standard your guests will recognise. What we can customise: a sticker or sleeve carrying your logo or event branding, and a handwritten note in every box. Scoped and quoted individually.
Do you cater for large quantities?
Yes, corporate and event orders are our focus. Share your approximate headcount and we'll confirm what's realistic for your timeline.
How far in advance should I enquire?
Standard delivery runs 2 to 5 working days once an order is confirmed. Larger or branded orders benefit from more lead time, so the earlier you share your date the more options we can offer.
Can you deliver to multiple recipients or locations?
Tell us how your recipients are spread out and we'll confirm what's possible for delivery, whether that's one bulk delivery or several addresses.
Do you offer event activations or live chai experiences?
We can bring a hosted chai tasting or activation to an event, scoped around your venue, guest count and format. Share the details of your event and we'll confirm what's possible.
Can you work within a defined budget?
Yes, tell us your budget range and we'll recommend options that fit it rather than a generic price list.
What happens after I submit the form?
We review your requirements and follow up with suitable options, pricing and next steps. Submitting a proposal request doesn't commit you to an order.
How is delivery for corporate and event orders worked out?
Delivery for corporate and event orders is quoted separately from our standard retail shipping. It's calculated based on your location, quantity and how your recipients are spread out, and included as part of your proposal.
